You can even move a class time whenever you have an urgent schedule, subject to the teacher's availability of course. While in a group class, you're required to attend the fixed schedule, and you will most likely miss an important lesson if you are absent on a particular session.
One more good reason why it is advisable to have a private class is the flexibility of the location. In some cases the teacher visits the student's house to conduct classes, while other students could also go to the teacher's studio if the teacher has one.
If you hold the class in your home, you can be sure to save time and money you will normally spend in traveling. Instead of having to travel to the class's venue, you can instead do other important stuff while waiting for your teacher's arrival.
You might also prefer to have the class in the teacher's studio if this is near your house, workplace or school. The teacher might have facilities in the studio that you can borrow while having a class.
If you more of an introvert, a group class might easily make you feel uneasy,. Having a private saxophone class though, will give you the chance to concentrate more and listen to your teacher. If you get confused on some parts of the lesson, you can easily ask your private instructor, unlike in a group class wherein the teacher has to deal with the several concerns from different students.
You must not think twice in contacting a qualified teacher that will guide you as a sax student. Because with the guidance of the right person, matched with your passion and dedication, there is no doubt that someday, you will be creating really good music.
