It alls depends on what kind of printers and software they are using. It is definitely important that a company knows exactly what they want to use the printer for before they go out and buy one. They need to decide certain things. First of all they need to decide if they want photos on the cards. Then they need to decide if they want these cards to be printed on one side or on both sides. Another consideration that must be made is what kind of security that you want added to the cards if any. Only after the business has decided exactly what they want should they go buy a printer. This will help in making sure they are buying a printer that will work well with their company. Also a printer is not something that should be bought cheap. They need to buy a high quality printer so it will last them longer and do all they need it to do.
