Flip Camcorder is a pocket sized video recorder which is used for capturing, editing and sharing of high quality, user friendly videos. Its main feature lies in its portability. It has a recorder around a big, fat, red RECORD button. It has a 2GB internal memory which provides 60 minutes recording. The battery is rechargeable. The battery backup is of 4 hrs. It also has a USB port that allows to plug-in to a PC. It helps us to upload the videos directly on certain video sharing sites. It records the videos at 640x480 pixels. The recording is done at 30 Frames Per Second. There is an automatic light system which adjusts the light automatically according to the requirement. The Flip Camcorder has 3 times digital Zoom. There is no need of memory card as it has a built-in internal memory. It is called a built-in flash memory.
Below the camera there is a switch that locks the front cover. We need to push it to unlocked padlock symbol. We need to install the batteries properly and then push the switch back to locked position. While recording we need to turn to power switch, push it down and slide it backup. We will hear a small 2 noted beeps and Flip logo appears on the back screen. Now the recording will start just in 3 seconds. To start the recording we need to press the big red button and to stop it we need to again press the same button. To view the recorded video we need to press the playback button. To delete any video we need to press the Delete button. Up and Down arrows are used to Zoom - In and Out during recording. The Right and Left arrows are used to scroll amongst the recorded videos.
