It might not hurt; in fact, it would enhance your existence on this planet when you worshipped your body as you would worship your God. Our human body is prone to flaws and mishaps. And therefore it demands attention and care. But, occasional and rare attention at that. Your body holds together your soul, mind, and beliefs. To protect it and to prioritize it at a higher rank is your rightful duty. It is home to you and it should be loved and respected and maintained like your home would be.

It's similar to a give and take relationship which exists between you and your body-the more attention and care you devote to your body, the more well your body performs its tasks and daily tasks.

Our body requires healthy food, which is a refilling agent to replenish the body; similar like power is needed by machines to operate, electricity is required by appliances to work, fuel is required by vehicles to run. All the energy and power which is lost while carrying out the daily duties and extra curricular activities is required to be restored in the body in order that it does not discontinue working. The quality of food you consume is one of the important factors which will help you to gain the expected results which you desire. The food that you consume shows what you are; hence, the food quality proves to be a subject of immense value. Good food provides good nutrition and good nutrition in turn helps regulating the body fluids, rebuilding the cell walls and tissue of major and minor organs. You instantly know that you are not supplying your body with good nutrition when you observe signs of constipation, continual headaches, weakness, drowsiness, sore body parts, colds, etc.these are signs that indicate that your dietary patterns have to immediately be checked and the needed changes must be made for the overall enhancement of the bodily functions.

How can you do that? How should you rectify these signs of improper diet plan?
The answer can be very simple and very implement able. You must rinse out and get rid of the toxins from your body at the earliest.

You will surely notice the change in your body just by adding vegetables, fresh fruits and juices in your diet plan. These foods and fruits which include high nutrient content facilitate cleanse the body parts thoroughly and carry out a natural detox for it.

They say defense is the best form of attack. Veggies and vegetable juices have amino acids, minerals, vitamins and enzymes required to restore the body after severe injuries or illnesses, and for this reason they are called as the builders of the body.

Unnecessary waste in the body causes further complications and therefore it should be done away with. Body cleansing aids you remove this useless material and the undigested food and, also helps with the absorption of vitamins and nutrients. This in turn helps you maintain your natural body weight. Cleansing further averts the effects of toxemia and other colds and illnesses. Headaches, bad breath, migraines, constipation, other health related illness are few ailments which are resulted if undigested food, other waste and unnecessary materials are not eradicated from the body .
