Who does not love pasta? It is served in so many ways, by so many different types of cultures. Sure, we watch the carbohydrates, but you can make a pasta dish that is good for you and does not add to your weight. There are many of these dishes.

This goes with chicken also, and you can substitute the fettucini with tortellini, or even wide egg noodles for a variation. Boil some florets of broccoli in the boiling pasta water, and your meal just became more healthy for you.

Shrimp can be combined with a ravioli dish that is wonderful. You might want to try a condensed cream of mushroom soup, with just a little milk added. This is a variation of alfredo sauce and works well with shrimp, or even with chunks of cod.
