Not only is the time to find out if a particular product or service is performing as well it should drastically reduced, the company's overheads are also reduced as compared to the previous modes of advertising, which could be quite expensive for a fledgling company trying to plant its feet on the ground, with television air time, as well as magazine or newspaper adverts, the Internet has made it financially viable for companies to have their these entire operations online. These obvious benefits has meant that prior adverting budgets can now be redirected to other purposes, and one of these is to compensate consumers or customers who have helped a company fine tune its product or services via online surveys.
