3. Eat the daily requirement of fiber. It helps to keep you feeling full and helps to flush out the toxic compounds from your body. You can get fiber in whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables.
4. Make sure you get enough exercise. Dieting and exercise has been shown to be very effective when it comes to losing weight. Physical exercise for 30 minutes three to four times a week will likely be adequate. Simply take a brisk walk, ride a bike, dance, or do whatever activity you have fun doing. Get up to a fast pace, but you shouldn't overdo it. Simply do whatever you think that you can do, and you'll begin to get trim and see the weight come off.
